BUILD.POWER.GRIND.

BUILD. POWER. GRIND. is a one hour, group Strength Training class that includes absolute strength, speed strength, and body weight strength.

 

The program is designed to help you build lean muscle and live a healthier, more functional lifestyle.

It is a blend of three kinds of days unique to Foundation: BUILD, POWER, and GRIND.

 

BUILD: Absolute Strength | 90% Intensity

POWER: Explosive Strength | 80% Intensity

GRIND: Bodyweight Strength | 70% Intensity

 

Each class is comprised of a LIFT portion, 12-26 minutes of strength focused movement, and a MOVE portion, 10-24 minutes of conditioning focused movement.
