Foundation Fit

Foundation Fit is a group fitness class focused on developing the key components of movement needed for everyday life. We call this General Physical Preparedness. Our classes help build endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Nearly every class involves a new combination of movements and repetitions where anyone and everyone can participate!
