How do I book a class?

What should I expect on my first day?

Please arrive 15-20  minutes prior to the start of your reserved class or session. A  staff member will give you tour and introduce you to your trainer. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.  The most important part of class is the first 15 minutes when we explain the workout & warm up.


How often should I attend class?

We recommend 4-5 classes per week as an optimal target, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re not incorporating any other fitness. But, as always, listen to your body- if your muscles are very sore, give them time to recover. 


Are children allowed at Foundation Fitness?

Children are permitted to enter the gym, however, for the safety of your child they are only allowed to sit within visibility of their parent. Children are not allowed to play on any of the equipment. No exceptions. 

If your child is over 12+, ask us about our Sports Performance Program for the youth!


Is there a policy for pets?

We do not allow pets inside of our facility. 

What if I can’t do the movements?

All of our classes are lead by a professional trainer who will provide movement demonstrations and modifications. 

What is your class cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a class please do so 8 hours before the start time of your booked class. Cancellations made inside the 8 hour cancellation window will be considered a 'Late Cancellation'


First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. 


After that, you will be charged the following:


Late Cancellations - If you cancel inside the 8 hour cancellation policy you will be charged $10. If you have a class pack you will not be charged but you will be deducted a class. 


No-Shows - If you sign up for a class and do not cancel or show up you will be charged $15.  If you have a class pack you will not be charged but you will be deducted a class. 

What is your membership cancellation policy?

You may cancel at anytime. We have a 30 day cancellation period. If you cancel 30 days before your next billing cycle you will not be billed again. If you cancel within 30 days you will be billed 1 more time - you will still have access to class during this time period. 

What is your refund policy?

As applicable, classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

We do not offer refunds on purchases for our services.
