We are a Strength-Drive Social-Fitness gym. We believe that building strength is the most important thing you can do as you age. We also know that working out with friends will make you more accountable. So we focus heavily on building strength first and we created an environment that helps foster mental and social growth.

IGNITE is our new 2 month series that focuses on getting your fitness journey started. So, if you are new to fitness or you are just looking to re-start your fitness journey this is the program for you. 

You will be surrounded by like minded people who know that hard work is the only way to get what you want out of life. We focus on your physical, mental and social well-being. We would love for you to become part of the group of High Achievers at Foundation Fitness.
