Foundation THRIVE is our ladies only bootcamp style class. Each class has an upper body, lower body, or total body emphasis using primarily dumbbells and kettlebells. THRIVE has a strength-driven LIFT portion and a cardio-based MOVE portion.
As a THRIVE member, you also have access to select FIT-THRIVE classes in case you’d like to add a day or two to your week!
